First of a big thank you to the evening Supervisor. I pulled in late just before closing and they were out of what I ordered. They then prepared something similar and gave it to me for free at the Suprvusors request. Yes, I'm now a regular at this location. My friend likes her drink in a particular way and it seems that this is the only location that is yet to mess it up. Thank you! Continue your great and friendly customer service.

This starbucks is very convenient for me, though the parking lot makes it a lil crazy. PRO TIP: go around and line up to make the right as people will NOT let you in if you're sitting there blocking traffic trying to make a left turn in there. I've only had my order messed up once here tho I wasn't too upset, just double check your order (as you should be doing with any drive thru). This is not a good starbies for walk up order as starbucks in general prioritizes drive thru and mobile orders so there will be a longer wait, the one time I did, it was almost a 30min wait Update: Recently tried to do walk up after my mobile order as drive thru was full and i was in a time crunch. No one came up to the window and I had to sit 20 mins in the drive thru so I'm deducting a star from my review. Avoid walk up at all costs

Went to this Starbucks in a rush and was worried that my order was gonna be made wrong since I order something very specific but they got me my drink very quickly and made it very well! The customer service was amazing, the workers were super friendly and efficient, and very pleasant to order with! So happy I went here! Usually go to the one near the I-5 and they usually mess up my order. I’m totally gonna be going here instead, worth the change!

Not sure why this location has a bad rep…There isn’t an inside? Probably very telling that you should expect to wait some time at a walk up order window, that also has a drive thru to attend to. The drive thru is always packed and the people taking their order also have to take your walk up order. If you’re in a rush, don’t expect the world to move faster for you. Waiting 5 minutes in a packed line isn’t absurd. I felt bad for the barista this woman scolded at because SHE was late picking her stuff up and the barista had to go grab it. it’s Starbucks, not the end of the world. Be kind.

Drive thru and walk up. A variety of different drinks. They can also customize a drink as well if you have the recipes. Nice, knowledgeable staff.

I came to this Starbucks since I was in the area and my wife wanted her iced chai latte. I came in the early morning so I used the drive thru to place my order. I got my wife a Venti iced chai latte and asked for light ice. This location doesn't have indoor seating you just place your order from the drive thru or counter window. The barista made my order quick and she was very friendly. The drink was made exactly how I asked and my wife loves it. Customer service was excellent.
